Excellent drives in the reverse grid heats put Shane 3rd on the grid for the main race behind 994 Keith Martin and 962 John Christie. With Shane on the bumper of 994 from lap 1 a wayward backmarker was the invitation he needed to take up the running and he never looked back. Blistering pace from the 970 machine saw Shane lap everyone up to 4th place by the flag and with 8 of the top 10 filled with Ludlow Motorsport machines it was a great result. Well done Shane..... |
